FAQ
I. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses are included for London and Hampshire. They are added for other locations unless I am already traveling in that area (see travel schedule on the 'About' page).
II. What if baby keeps crying during the session?
When I work with babies, I follow their lead. I try to keep disruptions to routines as small as possible but their mood can never be predicted. I will always make every effort to get lots of good shots within one session but if baby is not feeling it at all that day, the session can be postponed once.
Spacing the shoot from things like vaccines for examples would be helpful.
III. Who can see our pictures?
I use social media and this website to promote my work and whilst most people are happy for me to share pictures on these platforms, I can understand if you wish to keep them or some of them private. This can always be discussed on a case by case basis but I will always respect your choice about your image.
IV. How long does it take to receive the photos after the photoshoot and how will we received them?
I aim to send your gallery of pictures within 4 weeks of the photoshoot.
You will receive a downloadable digital gallery accessible for 12 months giving you and your loved ones plenty of time to save and print them.
V. Do you only do family pictures?
I love experiencing with any kind of photoshoot. I just love taking pictures whether it's for special occasions like weddings, for no reason at all just because the sun is shining or even for promotional purposes. Contact me and let me know about the project you have in mind.
VI. Can I get a refund if I cancel?
A 100£ deposit is processed at booking. This booking is fully refundable up until 7 days before the session. If you cancel less than a week before the booking, the deposit is not refundable.
VII. Can I pay in instalments?
Absolutely, you can pay in a maximum of 5 instalments over 5 months.
